Senior engineers with 5–10+ years of production experience. You’ll meet your engineer on the first call and work with them directly. No bait-and-switch where you talk to a senior and get assigned a junior.

Q2: What’s the minimum budget?

For project work, most engagements start around $5K. For consulting, you can book individual hours at $150. Retainers start at $4K/month. We’re not trying to be the cheapest—we’re trying to be the best value.

Q3: How do you handle communication?

We join your Slack, Discord, or whatever you use. Quick daily check-ins, weekly demos, and a shared project board. No 47-page status reports. Just clear communication between adults.

Q4: What if the project goes over budget?

For fixed-price projects, that’s our problem, not yours. We scope carefully and eat overruns. We’d rather take a small hit than nickel-and-dime you with change orders.

Q5: Do you offer ongoing support?

That’s the retainer model. Most clients start with a project and switch to a retainer for ongoing features and maintenance. It’s like having a senior developer on payroll without the W-2 paperwork.

Q6: How are you different from Upwork?
